Es la primera vez que pruebo este tipo de cafe. Me parecio espectacular y con una diferencia abismal respecto a los comerciales.
Respecto a la empresa. El trato al cliente muy bueno.

Hasta hace poco era usuaria de cápsulas, pero al reformar la cocina quise cambiar a una cafetera express porque soy una amante del buen café -me lo tomo sin azucar-, y la calidad de las cápsulas a mi entender, cada vez es peor. Por esta razón al ver vuestra web empezé a curiosear para ver cual de ellos se podia adaptar más a mis gustos, y el primero que quise probar es el "supremo" valorado en 5 estrellas.
He de decir que todavia no le he encontrado el punto a la cafetera, estoy segura que la cosa irá mejorando...... pero de momento he de decir que no le encuentro la intensidad que buscaba. Puede ser que al pasar de un Ristreto intensidad 11 a éste me falta intensidad, quizás me podrias recomendar otro que se ajustara más a lo que busco. He de decir que el aroma que desprende sin ni siquiera destapar el paquete es increible, pero en la taza me falta sabor.

Yo probé "el poderoso" y se nota una barbaridad respecto a cualquier otro café de supermercado. Si te gusta el café, merece la pena pagar un poco más. Recomendadisimo.

Todo un descubrimiento, contacté con Lidia y desde el principio me ha estado asesorando y resolviendo todas las dudas que surgían, incluso antes de comprar la cafetera que al final adquirimos.
