El buscador de la web es el mejor que he encontrado, ya que además del largo y ancho es el único que he visto que también tiene en cuenta el tipo de empeine. Eso hace que la compra sea un acierto seguro. Además el envío fue muy rápido y los zapatos son todoterreno.

La compra genial, el envio rápido. Compramos el modelo mustang free blanco que en la web de mustang pone que es para mujer, pero yo sé lo compré a mi hijo porque le gustaban. Es más, a mi me gustan los modelos de mustang free de hombre. Porque no los categorizan como unisex??

Horrible customer service experience. Returned a pair of shoes so we could change the size and 3 weeks passed with no refund or any justification. Emails unanswered & phone calls unanswered and at this point I just feel like I was robbed.

Will never order from this website again. Hope that after reading this they improve and don't torture the next customers like they did to us.

Se le ha contestado a sus primeros emails indicándole que se estaba tramitando su devolución la cual fue tramitada y reembolsada correctamente. Como comprenderá, no podemos dedicarnos unica y exclusivamente a contestar a solo un cliente, ya que tenemos más consultas.

Esperamos que el pedido que realizó en nuestra web después de su experiencia tan negativa, haya sido de su agrado.

Queremos indicarle que por Ley, al igual que usted dispone de un tiempo para realizar la devolución del producto, las empresas también disponemos de un tiempo para realizar el reemolso, ya que a veces es imposible tramitar una devolución el mismo día de su recepción.
