Edito opinión: Devolví unas zapatillas sin el papel, cuando claramente en las condiciones dice que hay que devolverlo, aunque tardaron en darme respuesta me devolvieron el dinero. Todo perfecto

Hola Margarita, no es justo recibir una valoración de 3 estrellas cuando lo que estás es solicitando una devolución. Las devoluciones se solicitan por correo electrónico, indicando el número de pedido, para poder recibir la etiqueta de devolución y las instrucciones. No tengo ningún correo electrónico tuyo, por favor, escríbeme a [email protected] si deseas continuar con el proceso de devolución. Es un poco injusto que tu pedido lo preparé y envié en menos de 24h y todo fue correcto con el envío y tenga una valoración de 3* que puede dar una idea incorrecta a otras familias con respecto a la gestión de la tienda.
