La atención al cliente es buena pero mejorable, a veces un poco confusa, te dan información que no es del todo cierta, como lo de enviar una tarjeta en cada pedido con una serie de descuentos que no se sabe como hay que aplicarles, no hay códigos de descuento ni nada, sólo es información, yo creo. Cuando ponen descuentos en la web te puedes ahorrar algo, pero en otras web te hacen regalos cuando el importe del pedido es alto o eres cliente habitual y aquí no Además, a veces no cumplen lo que dicen.
El envío es rápido y bien protegido.

No suelo opinar en las web que compro, pero tengo que decir que en el caso de Cococrem, no puedo estar más encantada con las ofertas (suelo comprar productos de Germaine de Capuccini) y con su atención al cliente (me llegó un producto roto y al día siguiente ya tenía otro en casa). Resumiendo, son rápidos, con una atención impecable y precios imbatibles. Muy recomendable.
