Muy buenos productos, tan sólo una queja sale un precio cuando lo vas a comprar pero a la hora de ver la cesta el precio es distinto. No sé a qué se debe porque duplica el precio de los tintes. Un saludo

No tenían el producto del color que lo pedí me llamaron y preguntaron si me daba igual en otro color , les dije que si y en el mismo día lo enviaron.
Calidad buena y económica.
Muy contenta .
Lo único es el champú que era muy pequeño.

Compré 3 potes del producto Why, y han cambiado la fórmula. El producto no se parece al antiguo. No sirve para nada, no lo compraré nunca más, yo y mi marido que tambien tiene el pelo rizado opinamos lo mismo. Deja el pelo encrespadísimo.
Y claro, ahora que hago con 3 potes...! Debrian poner en la web o en el envase, nueva formula!!!!
El problema es que en el pedido os escribí que esperaba que fuera el mismo producto porque la etiqueta habia cambiado. Atención al cliente pésima.
No se como podria devolber los 2 potes que no he abierto.

Estoy más que enfadada.
Además de que enviasteis mi útlimo pedido a una dirección antigua (habiendo yo cambiado bien la dirección de envío...)

Hola Cristina, lamentamos que hayas tenido una mala experiencia con el producto. El día 31 de enero respondimos al comentario que pusiste en el pedido donde te informábamos que tanto el diseño como la fórmula habían cambiado. De hecho, no tiene nada que ver con el antiguo que ya no se fabrica desde hacer bastante tiempo.
En cuanto al envío erróneo, tal como te comentamos por correo fue un error que lamentamos, te dimos la opción de recoger en la dirección incorrecta para entregar en la correcta, pero tal como nos comentaste no podías esperar y ya encontraste solución por tu parte, así que para compensar te hicimos un vale descuento sin fecha de caducidad para un próximo pedido.
Puedes hacer la devolución de las dos unidades que no vas a utilizar, una vez las recibamos procedemos a hacer la devolución del importe correspondiente.
