Muy descontento con el envio. Todavia no lo he recibido y no tengo noticias de la empresa de reparto salvo que se demoraba la fecha prevista de entrega y eso ya fue hace muchos dias. Me estoy planteando solicitar la devolución del dinero.

Compré dos pares de zuecos sanitarios por su web ortopedia.com y, al ser más de 80 eur el total, obtuve envío gratuito. Uno de los pares me quedó grande. Tuve que escribir dos emails y un formulario para comunicar que quería cambiarlo, a lo cual me indican la opción de devolverlo bajo mi propio coste o ellos enviar a su mensajero por 12 euros (lo cual me parece realmente excesivo dado que es casi el 30% del valor del producto). Decido enviarlo por mi cuenta y pago 6.90 eur. A todas estas, tuve que pedir que me enviasen la dirección de devolución por llamada, dado que no la indican en el email de respuesta donde me dicen las instrucciones de devolución. Todo el proceso es muy complicado. Pues pido si pudiesen darme un código o algo por el estilo de descuento para, en el pedido con la talla correcta, beneficiarme del envío gratis ya que he tenido gastos de envío imprevistos (pensaba que el comercio me daría una etiqueta de devolución) y porque como debo realizar el cambio de un solo producto, en ese segundo pedido no llegaría al monto mínimo para tener el envío gratis. Es decir, sigo siendo una clienta que quiere COMPRAR. Pues me dicen: haberlo avisado y te dábamos 5.99 por los gastos de envío. Literalmente lo dije en los dos correos y el formulario que envié. Todos recibidos por la persona que me indica que no puede hacerlo. PÉSIMA atención al cliente por parte de Sandra. No lo recomendaría para nada.
