En la web indica un precio por pack de bolas, que posteriormente quieren cobrarte por unidad.
Tanto en web como en factura aparece el precio correcto por el pack, pero te envían unidad y la única solución es devolverte el dinero en lugar de asumir su error.
Muy decepcionante.

Buenas tardes Pedro,
Sentimos las molestias ocasionadas, como le indicamos por teléfono fue una incidencia informática puntual, es un producto que se vende unitario y no por paquetes, por eso no pudimos enviarle el resto de pelotas a precio cero, ya que es un producto bajo pedido, es decir, se solicita al fabricante según pedido.
Entendimos su disconformidad y por ello se procedió a anular su pedido, recoger su mercancía y reembolsarle el importe integro (portes incluidos evidentemente).
Le volvemos a pedir disculpas por dicha incidencia y le reitero que ha sido una incidencia puntual. Para CDP lo importante son los clientes, por lo que trabajamos para que sus pedidos lleguen en las mejores condiciones y según lo solicitado.
Esperamos que lo comprenda y pueda comprobarlo en su siguiente pedido.
