Hola María, gracias por su pedido. Los productos de Biologique Recherche, nunca han llevado precinto interior. Lo que si llevan al igual que los que usted ha recibido es la etiqueta de metal con el código QR, dicha etiqueta, es el mayor símbolo de garantía, pues desde que el producto sale de fábrica, se puede comprobar toda la trazabilidad del producto y es símbolo de garantía de autenticidad. Antes el fabricante, pegaba la etiqueta entre la tapa del bote y el cuerpo de la botella, pero daba problemas por que las etiquetas se partían. Lo que decidió Biologique Recherche fue pegar la etiqueta en el cuerpo de la botella y además, poner un precinto interior de metal taponando la salida del producto, otra garantía de que el producto no se ha usado. Como podrá comprobar, los productos que ha recibido cumplen con todo lo que le hemos explicado.

Somos la empresa que más bajo tiene el mínimo de compra para disfrutar del envío gratis. Además en caso de no superar ese importe, también somos la empresa que más barato cobra el envío. Su pedido superaba el importe para recibir el envío gratuito, pero lo que usted ha pagado y se refleja en su factura como gastos de envío, es el gasto de PAGO CONTRA-REEMBOLSO Este gasto es el importe que cobra la agencia por tramitar el pago reembolso y es ajeno a los gastos de envío. Le recomendamos que en futuras compras, utilice otro método de pago para no tener que pagar dicha comisión a la agencia.

Lo que más me tira para atrás para comprarla es el precio, además cada vez está más alto.
