Hola,muy contenta con los productos y me hace especial ilusion las mini tallas,el unico pero que encuentro es la entrega del pedido,el ultimo tardo entre 9/10 dias teniendo en cuenta que lo envian de murcia a barcelona creo que es excesivo,cuando recibo paquetes internacionales que me tardan menos en llegar.un saludo y gracias

Hola Monica, gracias por su comentario. Lamentamos que tuviera que esperar tanto por su pedido. Se debió a la rotura de stock por parte del fabricante de uno de los productos que compró. Normalmente cuando hay falta de un producto (raras veces ocurre) nuestro departamento de atención al cliente contacta con el cliente para informarle de la falta y darle la alternativa de poder adelantarle el resto de productos. Por algún error observo que esta vez no han contactado con usted. Lamento el inconveniente y tomamos nota para que esto no vuelva a ocurrir en el futuro.

Creo que es el mejor tónico que hay en el mercado para pieles grasas, tardas en notar los resultados pero su uso continuado da a la cara un aspecto mucho más saludable, recuperando su tono natural y eliminando los granos y las impurezas propias de una piel grasa. El producto merece la pena lo que cuesta porque además de ser mucho más efectivo que cualquier otro del mercado cunde unos tres o cuatro meses.
