excelente trato al cliente, han contestado muy pronto y han solventado todas mis dudas, lo unico que no me ha gustado es que he tenido que correr yo con los gastos de aduanas que fueron unos 27 euros y dado el precio tan elevado de estos cosmeticos deberian ustedes de hacerse cargo de estos gastos , amarama y beauty shop por ejemplo , al comprar en estas paguinas dependiendo del pedido no me cobran gastos de envio, y por supuesto nada de aduanas no entiendo la diferencia en los mismos productos, seguire comprando estos productos pero por supuesto mirare otras webs donde me pueda ahorar estos gastos, ya que el desembolso de estos productos es muy elevado

Hola Inmaculada, gracias por su pedido y por su opinión. En su pedido no le hemos cobrado gastos de envío ya que su pedido supera el importe que fijamos para envío gratuito.
En la actualidad, la legislación vigente establece que los residentes en las Islas Canarias, deben comprar sus productos sin i.v.a. (usted ha comprado los productos ahorrándose el 21% de i.va.) y pagar los impuestos correspondientes IGIC (impuesto Canario) Aún habiendo tenido que pagar estos gastos del IGIC en la aduana, si lo calcula ha ahorrado dinero comprando en nuestra web.
