Profundamente insatisfecha. Lo que me ha llegado no se corresponde con lo que dice que contiene el kit. Me faltaban componentes! La respuesta que me han dado de que el fabricante cambió el contenido tampoco refleja la realidad de lo que me ha llegado.

Buenos días Coral, Lamentamos que la información que constaba al hacer el pedido no se correspondiera con el producto recibido. Tras tu comentario verificamos que el fabricante actualizó el producto (ahora no es Reline, sino Reline II, ha variado ligeramente el contenido del kit aunque contiene todo lo necesario para ser utilizado). Modificamos la información en la web, te informamos y te ofrecimos la opción de devolverlo. Finalmente decidiste quedártelo. Hola buenos dias:
He recibido el articulo que encargue en su pagina web. Lo he revisado y viene completo pero no se ajusta a mis necesidades e intereses. Según conversación telefónica con el operador este se ajustaba a la fotografía del anuncio con cámara intraoral metálica y demás. No he llegado a deshacer los envoltorios con las diferentes piezas y componentes. Como les decía, al no ajustarse a mis expectativas quería solicitar su devolución, aun sintiendo el perjuicio que pueda ocasionarles, lo cual me duele especialmente . Espero me puedan dar respuesta para la misma de como debo proceder. Aun cuando devuelva el articulo, no descarto hacer algún otro pedido en el futuro según las necesidades que vayan surgiendo.
