Gracias por la atención recibida, el trato amable y profesional, y s0bre todo el interés mostrado en el asesoramiento demandado al no conocer las marcas de los composites ofertados, recomendándome el cambio por asegurarme la calidad exigida.
La única pega, es el tiempo de envío, que creo que es algo incontrolable al cien por cien por vosotros, pero tanto la primera vez, suponiendo las malas fechas de fin de semana santa, se demoró aun más de lo previsto.
Pero, lo más desagradable, es que tampoco llegó la lámpara que pedí ( y que me aconsejásteis esta por ser superior a la elegiada).
por ser negra, tardaría algo más, pero durante toda la semana podria ser entregado en cualquier momento.
Aún sigo a la espera, pero tampoco me preocupa, pues dispongo de 5 en total, y no creo que tenga la mala suerte que se averiasen todas..
Lo único que me hace pensar es si ocurriría con otro pedido que sí urgiese...
No obstante, la balanza de momento, está muy a favor hacia vosotros por los detalles demostrados y la felicitación enviada por mi cumpleaños!!!!!

Hola Amparo, Ante todo agradecer tu comentario, nos alegra que la balanza esté a nuestro favor ;) No debes preocuparte por el envío, generalmente aseguramos la entrega en 24-48H, y si va a haber algún retraso avisamos. En este caso, al solicitar cambio de productos quisimos contactar contigo para confirmar tu decisión, y por eso se retrasó. Respecto a la lámpara, está previsto que la recibas el miércoles. Sentimos las molestias y esperamos seguir trabajando contigo :) Saludos
