Andrew, tal y como te comentamos, las medidas que figuran en la web son las dimensiones totales del aparato. Y son las que figuran en el manual de instrucciones que lo acompaña.

Por lo que antes de realizar la compra, en caso de duda, es conveniente cerciorarse de que son las medidas que se necesitan para el uso en concreto que le vas a realizar.

Las dudas se pueden consultar dudas diferentes medios: mail, teléfono y whatsapp. Y se responden lo más rápido posible.

Lamentamos que te hayas llevado esa impresión.

La información que se facilita en las fichas de los productos es la que nos hace llegar los fabricantes y las marcas, todas ellas son contrastadas antes de ser publicadas. Y muchas de ellas se hayan en los manuales de usuario que acompaña a los productos, como en este caso.

Los productos se pueden devolver dentro del plazo máximo de 14 días naturales que marca la Ley General para la Defensa de los Consumidores y Usuarios. En tu caso, no se acepto la devolución al solicitarla fuera del plazo legal.
