Estoy muy satisfecho con el resultado del servicio realizado al motor Bosch. El resultado es extraordinario.. va como una seda y pienso que, algunos usuarios, no somos conscientes de que deberíamos tratar a nuestro equipo mejor. Obtendríamos una mejor servicio y alargariamos la vida útil del mismo.

Contraté el servicio de mantenimiento básico y el motor se queda bloqueado en alguna ocasión, después de gastarme 80€ la avería vuelve a aparecer. No entiendo cómo al abrir un motor no se puede hacer una inspección meticulosa para detectar fallos, me pedían cambiar piezas sin asegurar q estuvieran averiadas y aumentando el precio hasta casi 300€; lo cual No acepte. Total 120€ gastados entre desmontar/montar, mantenimiento y portes y la avería sigue igual.

Hola Juan Carlos. Despues de hablar contigo y tu mujer varias veces y explicaros esas veces en lo que consiste un mantenimiento basico (limpieza, engrase y actualizacion) os negasteis a cambiar la tapa de engranajes con por elevado costo. Si bien es cierto que a simple vista no se aprecia el daño en los engranajes, os aseguramos que haciendo el cambio de estas piezas el fallo iba a desaparecer y aun asi os negasteis. No puedes decir que no se os avisó de este detalle. Siento que tu problema persista, pero desde el principio quedó claro por ambas partes la postura adoptada: la mia la de reparar la averia y la vuestra la de no gastar en mantenimiento completo. Siento que no estes contento pero no podemos hacer otra cosa con tu presupuesto. Ademas, me parece un poco injusto que comentes un precio que en ningun momento se te ha cobrado, ya que tu pago a través de paypal fue de unicamente 80,00€ incluyendo el transporte. Un saludo
