No tiene un mes, la he usado 3 veces y ya he tenido que avisar al servicio técnico, que no sé cuando podrán venir a ver qué le pasa , con lo cual ahora que me hace muchísima falta tener secadora resulta que como si no la tuviera después de pagar 346€

Pues en general muy bien, hasta que utilicé la limpieza pirolítica. Hay manchas que no se van aún rascando suave solo con jabón y el cristal del horno se quedó manchado por dentro de los dos cristales... hay que desmontarlo para que se quede bien. Aún no lo he hecho. Me gusta porque tiene programa de apagado automático, bloqueo niños, temporizador y muchos programas, pero de momento, me esperaba más en la autolimpieza. El envío fué muy rápido y todo fué muy bien. Estoy contenta en general.

Este es el producto con el que tuve problemas. Llegó tarde, me enviaron un modelo que yo no pedí (yo compre un Beko y me enviaron un modelo similar, un poco superior pero que no era el que compré, nadio me avisó ni me dio una explicación, sin botones retráctiles) y además le faltaba 1 junta importante. Ya han pasado 2 meses al menos y siguen sin solucionármelo, no sé qué hacer, estoy muy enfadada.

Los días de entrega no lo ponía muy claro en la compra, tardó mucho más de lo que nos avisaron, 1 producto llegó defectuoso (a falta de una junta importante) y tras 2 meses siguen dándome largas sin solucionármelo. Estoy muy enfadada.

Todo Fatal, tanto por la agencia como por la propia empresa. Compré un frigorífico que supuestamente tardaba 4-5 días y tardo más de un mes. Supuestamente la culpa es de la agencia…
Finalmente recibí.. a la semana lo abro para montarlo ya que el carpintero estaba terminando la cocina y me encuentro que lleva un pícado en las puertas frontales. Llamo a electro bueno y me dicen que escriba un correo pero que no se hacen cargo por qué solo tienes 24/48h para reclamar.
Aun estoy esperando que me respondan…
Todo fatal, me siento engañado. No me han dado ninguna solución ni buena atención.
