Buenas tardes, lamentamos muchísimo lo ocurrido y por desgracia, una vez el transporte cuenta con el producto, no podemos controlar el trato de manera física sobre el producto. En su caso no teniamos unidades para realizar un nuevo envío y enviamos un reembolso inmediato. Muchas gracias.

Buenas tardes, le pedimos disculpa por lo ocurrido. No es algo habitual que un pedido se retrase un par de días, pero debido a las fechas de BlackFriday, los transportistas se saturan y por desgracia es complicado. Muchas gracias.
