Acusamos recibo de su votación referente a la incidencia en la entrega de su pedido, de la que no teníamos conocimiento.
En primer lugar, deseamos manifestarle nuestras más sinceras disculpas por los hechos que nos ha informado.
Inmediatamente después de recibir su comunicación, hemos formalizado una reclamación a MRW, para exigir la entrega inmediata de su pedido.
Le confirmo que su pedido se ha enviado el 19/12, y le hemos informado de todos los detalles del envío.
MRW nos informa que ha estado ausente de su domicilio el 20/12 a las 18:13, adjuntando incluso fotografía de su portal para probar que han estado en su domicilio.
Nuevamente le pedimos disculpas por este retraso ajeno a nuestra voluntad y estamos realizando las gestiones necesarias para la entrega a la mayor brevedad.

Fatal, me mandó MRW un mensaje como que habían pasado por casa a hacer la entrega y desde el 20-12-2017 estoy intentando ponerme en contacto con ellos telefónicamente y es imposible (sale la voz en grabación pero no me atienden). No compréis nada que os manden por MRW, que no lo recibiréis. A 26-12-2017 sigo sin tener una compra que en teoría pasaron a entregarme el 20-12-2017.
