No voy a volver a comprar jamón, porque aun cuando la calidad es buena. el corte dista mucho de lo esperado.
Lonchas gordas, que le hacen perder sabor. Entiendo que no cuidan el corte a mano
Si me decido a pedirlo otra vez, preguntaré si lo pueden cortar a maquina, y mas fino. Si no es posible, no lo pediré

Mi opinión es que estoy bastante decepcionado. Llevo 20 años consumiendo Jamón de Monesterio. Años atrás trabajaba en Extremadura y os he comprado muchos jamones en tienda. Después de venirme de Extremadura los he seguido comprando por internet a vosotros o otros productores de la zona. Nunca he tenido ningún problema hasta este pedido.
Indiqué en el Whatsapp que el jamón estuviese con su tiempo de curación y me ha llegado un jamón tierno con dificultad para cortarlo y que se te hace una bola boca.
No obstante para que comprueben ustedes mismos la calidad del producto voy a mandar un vídeo al whatsapp indicado por la empresa.
Espero que esta opinión sirva para mejorar y no tener a un cliente tremendamente decepcionado.
Felices fiestas aunque no las pueda disfrutar con un buen jamón.

El día 8 de diciembre hice un pedido, el día 12, el seguimiento decía que estaba entregado, sin que lo haya recibido. A día de hoy 20 de diciembre, aún no me han aclarado si mi pedido está en proceso, si ha salido de fábrica, está en camino, aún sigo esperando una llamada, un correo, para saber el estado de mi pedido, pésima la gestión de la página web. Cobrado está desde el mismo instante en el que lo realice. Atentamente un excliente
