Los procesos y plazos de envio no corresponden con lo q ofrecen mi pedido debia haber llegado el jueves o el viernes y me lo enviaron el viernes y llego el lunes.

Fatal, en las últimas compras que he hecho el pedido ha llegado incompleto, la primera vez lo solucionaron rápidamente, por eso he vuelto a comprar, pero esta última no se están haciendo cargo de su propio error, no me devuelven el dinero, tampoco recibo los productos, y para colmo no hay forma de ponerse en contacto con ellos, ni en el número de atención al cliente ( un paripé ya que nadie atiende nunca) ni en el número de whatsaap en el cuál te responde una máquina siempre. La única manera es a través del correo en el que se toman su tiempo para contestar a los mensajes de sus clientes. Una VERGÜENZA de empresa, no volveré a comprar.
