No tiene nada que ver con el producto ni con el proceso de compra, pero, como consejo, estaría bien que enviaran los productos en cajas y no en sobres (aunque los cobrarán). Yo quería el producto para un regalo y ha llegado con el envase destrozado, por lo que me ha disgustado bastante.
