Tuve que devolver la crema y volver a comprarla online arriesgándome a perderla porque era la única que había. Se negaron a hacerme en tienda el mismo descuento que me habían hecho otra veces y que hace el proveedor y no ellos.
Antes de esto se negaron a la devolución (por motivo de la pandemia) cuando ni tan siquiera había salido de la tienda con el producto. Al pedir una hoja de reclamaciones también se negaron pero aceptaron la devolución.
No volveré a comprar en esta farmacia porque sus dos dependientas fueron muy desagradables y maleducadas conmigo.
