No volveré a pedir más aquí .
Pedí un producto en oferta con regalo de un tanto gratis del producto.
Se me cobró y se me envio el producto pero no con la oferta.
Escribí un correo y no se me contestó por teléfono se me dijo que no les quedarsi ustedes no tienen el producto pongan agotado y no envíen nada .
En resumen podría haber bajado a la farmacia que tengo debajo de casa y comprarlo allí.
Poco o nada profesionales.

He llamado a la Farmacia y me dijeron que tenia que enviar un correo para hacer la reclamacion.
He enviado tres correos y aun no he recibido respuesta.
Precisamente el producto que mostrais en la foto es el que esta equivocado, en vez de agua celular que es producto que yo quiero ponemos que es micelar, y he recibido el envase de 30ml cuando en realidad he pagado el de 100ml, espero que os pongais en contacto en breve para solucionar el problema.

Doy un uno por dar algo, no por el producto si no por la atención del proveedor.
Me di cuenta que cuando me llegó mi pedido habia un error, les llame al teléfono móvil que sale en la web y saltaba un buzón, envié un correo para que me contactaran y ha día de hoy sigo esperando respuesta.

La primera y la última que compró por la web de farmamayoral.

Una vergüenza, no me ha llegado el pedido, se me ha cobrado el importe, no contestan a los correos ni al whatsapp y cuando llamas te pasan de un número a otro sin solucionar nada.
