Mi nombre es Olga Ruiz, hice un pedido con número #22241 de una botella plegable y lo recibí el día 22 de Noviembre, he usado la botella y hace un día me di cuenta que se ha rajado por dos zonas.
Me gustaría poder enviaros fotos del producto defectuoso para poder proceder a su devolución. El producto me gusta y no se si es posible que me enviéis otro o directamente proceder a su devolución.
