Se perdió el paquete pero no tuve ni que reclamar. Ellos se hicieron cargo de volver a enviar los artículos. Me encantan los diseños y son abanicos muy ligeros, no pesan nada.

Muy bien, recibí un modelo similar pero que no era el que quería, me puse en contacto con ellos y en muy poco tiempo recibí el que había pedido. El abanico chulísimo. Además han mejorado el remache que lleva, el año pasado compré otro abanico y se me rompió justo esa parte, ahora viene una pieza que tiene aspecto de ser mucho más resistente

Los abanicos son hermosos y de buena calidad! El problema es el envío que al ser en bolsa de plástico los transportistas no lo tratan con el cuidado debido y llegan maltratados, sobre todo los xxl, los pequeños al ser más compactos no sufren tanto ñ.
