Pues llamé telefónicamente ya que compré 2 abanicos iguales y uno venía defectuoso de fabricación. Estaba entero arrugado por las varillas en las que va pegado. Hablé con una chica y me dijo que me llamarían por teléfono hace una semana o más. Aún estoy esperando, ni llamada ni correo. La página da la opción de cancelar y del pedido y yo lo que quería era devolver el defectuoso y que me lo cambiaran por uno que estuviera bien. Esa opción no la veo en la web. Pues, nadie se ha puesto en contacto conmigo. Lógicamente no volveré a comprar

Aún no lo he recibido, el periodo de entrega está expirado desde el día 18 de agosto, nadie me da respuesta de mi pedido, sé que vivo en Canarias y desgraciadamente los envíos son más complicados ( el precio a pagar por vivir en el paraíso ) y creo que tardaré muuucho en recibirlo , puesto que tampoco hay donde hacer una reclamación, espero que por lo menos el producto a su llegada merezca la pena 🙏🏽

Compre un termo xxl y dos abanicos, uno de regalo. Sobre la calidad de los productos no se puede decir nada, son chulisimos y el termo me lo llevo a todos lados.
Quiero subrayar pero la calidad de la atención al cliente: rompí dándole un golpe la tapa de mi querido termo y he contactado con ellos dispuesta a comprar una tapa nueva. En un visto y no visto, con muchísima amabilidad, me enviaron otra a mi casa, sin gastos, sin que tuviera yo que hacer nada.
De verdad, no cambiéis nunca!
