Buenas plantillas, aunque en mi caso hubiera necesitado que en la zona del juanete tuviera menos grosor, que fuera descendiendo la altura a medida que se acerca al extremo de la zapatilla.
Las he utilizado corriendo y me ha salido rozadura en ese lado del pie y es por que al ser tan alta el pie toca con la esquina de la plantilla y con la zapatilla y en ese ángulo se produce rozamiento. Si fuera curvo es posible que esto no pasara o en ese lado la plantilla fuera en disminución y el ángulo fuera más pequeño. Gracias.
