Bonjour, À partir du jour où vous le recevez à la maison, pendant plus de 2 jours de plus. Si vous le recevez le samedi chez vous, vous pouvez le consommer le samedi, dimanche ou lundi. Mettez toujours au réfrigérateur. Cordialement.

El bogavante cuando está vivo es azul. Cuando se cuece se vuelve rojo debido a los carotenoides, que son pigmentos vegetales que adquieren con la alimentación y que están generalmente asociados a proteínas. Durante la cocción, éstas se desnaturalizan y dejan libre al carotenoide, que muestra su color. Un cordial saludo Tania.
