Sentimos mucho lo ocurrido. El pedido no debería haberse dejado en las escaleras sin avisarte, ya que no es la forma de entrega que queremos para nuestros clientes. Aunque la entrega la realiza la empresa de transporte, vamos a trasladarles la incidencia para que revisen lo sucedido y evitar que vuelva a repetirse.
