Para realizar la devolución de un producto te hacen ir presencialmente a la tienda. Lo risa es que me dicen que es para no pagar gastos de envíos porque si no voy me tendrían que cobrar. La devolución consiste en que la dependienta haga una llamada al departamento online y se tramite la devolución. Un trámite que perfectamente se podría haber hecho online sin necesidad de ir presencialmente a la tienda. No volveré a comprar online

Buenas tardes. Satisfecho en general. Aunque en mi primer pedido, hubo retraso por falta de aviso el día que llegó a farmacia y tuve que contactar para saber de él y recogerlo más tarde de lo esperado. Pero la atención, muy agradable por parte de los empleados. Cierto que en algunas tiendas y/o webs se puede encontrar algunos productos + baratos. Pero bueno, de momento estamos satisfechos en general. Espero haber servido de ayuda. Gracias

Buenas tardes! El pedido bien empaquetado y en buenas condiciones en general. El producto de momento, nos vá bien (aunque es poco lo que llevamos usándo este suplemento). Cierto que en algunas tiendas y/o webs se puede encontrar algo + barato. Pero bueno, si notamos sus beneficios, es probable que sigamos tomándolo y quizás haciendo futuros pedidos. Doy 4 estrellas, porque aún es muy pronto para asegurarme de sus efectos. Espero haber servido de ayuda. Gracias
