La opinión acerca de este articulo sobre la talla, ha sido en base a la talla que pone en la etiqueta del articulo.
La opinión sobre la devolución ha sido basándome en lo que pone en vuestra página web, me parece un proceso mas engorroso de lo normal en otras compras por internet, es mi opinión.
Dicho todo esto, las opiniones las he escrito antes de hablar con el comercial que la verdad, todo sea dicho, me ha llamado para aclararme que a pesar de poner talla 100 estaba acortado a 95. Además me ha dicho que se lo podía devolver sin problema, haciéndome yo cargo de los gastos de devolución.
Lo dicho, yo he dado mi opinión en base a unos criterios y como luego se me han aclarado, aquí dejo mi aclaración.

Acabamos de hablar por teléfono y como te he comentado nos pediste la talla 95 y se te ha enviado la talla 95, lo se seguro por que yo mismo corte el cinturón para ajustarlo a esa talla. En el interior del cinturón esta grabado talla 100 pero te repito yo mismo lo corte a la talla 95.

El proceso de devolución es totalmente claro, acabamos de hablar por teléfono y te he comentado que nos devuelvas el cinturón y se te abona el importe del mismo. Tu respuesta a sido que no, porque te va ha costar mas los gastos de envío que lo que vale el cinturón. Pero esa es tu decisión. Por lo tanto no entiendo que digas que el proceso de devolución es engorroso, cuando es totalmente sencillo y claro, tu devuelves el cinturón a nuestra dirección y yo te abono el importe del mismo.
