Hola buenos días Antonio, siento mucho el problema relacionado con el pegado de la pulsera de hilo al cierre de zamak, aclarar que la pulsera está fabricada por nosotros en España, el pegado de la trenza de hilo al cierre de zamak se realiza con Loctite Súper Glue, que es un adhesivo de cianoacrilato extra fuerte, por ello no entiendo su despegado.

Te aseguro que el materia es acero inoxidable, y de fabricación en España. nunca hemos tenido ninguna pega con este producto. Todo funcionó perfectamente y si tuviera que volver a comprar allí lo volvería a hacer., Solo un consejo : cambien o hagan la aclaración , en la pagina web, sobre los costos de envío por favor!! cuando compras dice ENVIO GRATIS y luego de comprar , poner la correspondiente dirección , te aparece en la factura : costo de envío 4,95 euros.
