Hice mi pedido 12.8. 9 (jueves), en la página ponen que el pedido se prepara en menos de 24 horas. Día 18.8. envié correo al atención al cliente preguntando si está todo bien con el pedido. No recibí ninguna respuesta. El día 23.8. me llega un correo automático que se envió el pedido. Comunicación con el cliente zero.

Hola Paula,

Lo sentimos mucho, de verdad, no sabemos qué ha podido pasar ya que siempre cuando hay algún inconveniente solemos comunicarlo al cliente. En este caso hemos revisado el pedido y el problema lo tuvimos con el proveedor de esa marca que estuvo una semana sin poder enviarnos productos por cambios en sus almacenes, lo que hizo que se nos retrasara todo en nuestra entrega.

No somos un equipo muy grande y en estos casos se nos ha podido pasar. De nuevo te pedimos disculpas.

Entendemos que no tengas ganas de repetir la experiencia, pero trabajamos mucho para lograr que el servicio sea perfecto. Si nos das otra oportunidad estaremos muy atentos para que puedas cambiar esa mala sensación que no queremos que se tenga nunca.

Ah, y gracias por ponernos el comentario. Es un indicador para espabilar y mejorar, al fin y al cabo somos humanos con una tienda online.
