Pregunto por producto para alergia compatible con lactancia y la chica me dice lo consulto y te digo. Total que se va y se pone a cobrar y atender a una señora, la sigo esperando aún así y después de 20 minutos y sin que me diga nada abandono la tienda porque se pone a atender a otros clientes.
Bueno y que me he ido delante de ella y ni siquiera se ha despedido. No sé, lo mínimo… si no has ayudado ni asesorado al cliente.

Sentimos mucho lo ocurrido y entendemos perfectamente tu malestar. 💚 No es la experiencia que queremos dar, y menos en una consulta tan importante como la compatibilidad en lactancia, donde el asesoramiento debe ser claro y prioritario.

Probablemente fue un momento de mucha carga en tienda, pero eso no justifica que te quedaras esperando sin respuesta ni una despedida. Tomamos nota para mejorar la atención en estos casos y que ninguna persona se sienta desatendida.

El producto muy bien,como siempre,pero en Correos ya van dos veces que hay muchos oroblemas con el envío a mi lugar de trabajo( otras veces no ocurría)y tuve que cambiar la dirección de entrega a mi casa para que lo recogiese una vecina.Estaría bien poder contar con un punto de recogida.

Bien en cuanto variedad de productos pero ya puedes ir bien de tiempo a comprar porque siempre, recalco, siempre van a estar hablando con lo que deben ser sus clientes “vip” y tienes que esperar a que terminen su conversación (contarse la vida), para que pillen que quizás hay fila y no tienes todo el día. Si hubiera más para elegir desde luego que no volvería.
