Todo ok salvo el envío. En la web se indicaba que recibiría el pedido en 24 horas pero no fue así. Todo lo demás muy bien. El producto genial y las muestras y detalles me han gustado mucho. Gracias.

¡Hola! Muchas gracias por tu valoración. Nos alegra muchísimo saber te ha ido genial con la loción hydra global y que te han gustado las muestras y los detalles que te preparamos.

Sobre lo que comentas del envío, queremos aclararte lo sucedido: aunque los productos de Eberlin tienen envío en 24 horas, al realizar tu pedido por la tarde puede ocurrir que llegue a los dos días, ya que las agencias de transporte hacen las recogidas por la tarde y puede que algún pedido quede fuera de la recogida de ese día.

Tomamos nota de tu comentario para intentar dejar el tema de los horarios de corte más claro en la web y evitar confusiones en el futuro.
