La cazuela es espectacular. Muy bien fabricada y la preparación del envío muy esmerado. La peña es que tengan como mensajería a empresa TIPSA, que son unos incompetentes y les afea la imagen final de la compra en HORNOS DE LEÑA

Lamentamos sinceramente la incidencia con la agencia de transporte. Trabajamos con empresas que, en términos generales, ofrecen un buen servicio, aunque desgraciadamente en ocasiones puntuales alguna delegación concreta no cumple con los estándares que nosotros mismos exigimos. Cuando ocurre, también nos perjudica, ya que empaña una experiencia que intentamos que sea excelente de principio a fin.
