Hola Enrique, gracias por dar tu opinión , nos hemos puesto en contacto con el equipo alfarero y les hemos comentado el tema, y nos dicen que nos podemos permitir sin costo alguno, hacer la cazuela 1-1,5 cm mas ancha lo cual es bastante. La próxima que nos compres seguramente ya llevara la nueva medida . Es muy importante vuestra opinión a fin de poder mejorar poco a poco en todo lo que proceda. Muchas gracias

Estimado cliente , lamentamos mucho esta retraso, pero según nos consta en nuestro registro , el paquete fue llevado a su domicilio el día 20/12 , en ese momento usted estaba ausente y se le entregó al vigilante de la urbanización D. Luis según figura en firma y sello en la nota de entrega . Por favor hable con el mismo y si hay algún tipo de incidencia nos lo hace saber .
