La compra web fue fácil pero el servicio de entrega fue desconcertante, a nosotros nos urgía el pedido y tuve que contactar con Don José Hermoso para agilizar la entrega. Considero que la web debería dar seguimiento del estado de entrega del pedido, de resto genial, calidad- precio. Por último, la atención telefónica es mejorable, en esta experiencia de compra para obtener información del envio nadie fue capaz de darmela, o no tenían acceso a ella o no era el departamento o simplemente no cogían el teléfono.

Buenos días, pues mal, me salía el pedido como que no estaba pagado, lo tuve que hacer de nuevo y al final terminé comprando el doble de cajas de las que necesitaba.

De hecho en la app, me sigue saliendo como NO PAGADO y el cargo en la tarjeta está realizado correctamente y a ustedes en almacén les llego como pagado.

Llamé por teléfono en el horario que indica la página web, pero según la persona que al final me contestó, estaban ya con horario de verano y no pudo responder la duda que le planteé. La persona de reparto fue muy amable, pero yo contaba con que sería en 24 horas, o sea, al día siguiente de la compra por ser en Tenerife, pero tardaron 48.

Lamentamos que hayas experimentado dificultades al contactarnos debido al cambio de horario de verano. Respecto a los plazos de entrega, nos gustaría explicar que, en general, nuestros envíos se realizan en un máximo de 48 horas tal como lo tenemos indicado en la web. Sin embargo, entendemos su expectativa de recibir su pedido al día siguiente, especialmente considerando que se encuentra en Tenerife. Agradecemos tu comprensión y la oportunidad de aclarar este asunto.
