Pues la verdad nos ha sacado de un apuro porque teníamos un elevador que nos regalaron de un taller que cerró y en casa no teníamos tensión a 380 v
Como en ese motor era posible 220 v trifásico en triangulo nos ha venido de perlas.
Para un motor tan grande 3,5 kW tiene un precio aceptable..
Nos costó un poco poner en marcha pero con el asesoramiento de Adrián pudimos solucionar.

El envio ha sido deficiente, ya que pagando portes urgentes recibi el material una semana despues. Cualquier transporte entrega la mercancia en 24 horas sin ser urgente y sin pagar el sobreprecio que tuve que afrontar.

Buenos días Jose Maria, lamentamos tu descontento con nuestro servicio. El retraso en el servicio se debe a que no recibimos el debido justificante de la realización del pago por transferencia, algo que recomendamos a nuestros clientes para agilizar el servicio. Como entenderás, no podemos enviar el producto hasta que el pago se haya efectuado. Por lo demás, en cuanto el pago fue aceptado, la gestión del pedido se realizó a pesar de estar fuera de plazo del almacén y se consiguió sacar vía urgente para enviártelo a la mayor brevedad. Gracias por tu valoración, estudiaremos la forma de que no nos vuelva a ocurrir.
