La qualité des tissus sont bonnes par contre je n’ai toujours pas reçu mon colis.. le service client ne se bouge pas alors que ça fait dix jours que mon colis est en attente dans l’agence de livraison parce qu’il est endommagé..

Je sais que les tissus sont de bonnes qualités comme ce n’est pas la première fois que je commande.
Par contre le service client est pire que médiocre ! Je les ai appelé, envoyé des messages ainsi qu’un mail, sans suite.. Colis endommagé, cela fait dix jours que l’agence de livraison attend confirmation de leur part pour leur renvoyer.
Je peux attendre mon colis encore longtemps..

La couleur reçue n’est pas la bonne. J’ai commandé du turquoise et j’ai reçu du vert. J’ai envoyé un message au service client concernant ma commande et je n’ai pas eu de retour après plus d’un mois d’attente. La moindre des choses serait de prendre la peine de répondre à ses clients.
C’est dommage car la dentelle est jolie mais pas conforme à la description.
Je ne recommande pas ce site.
