Compré el voile algodon ECO/GOTS negro [es negro sino no es azabache negro] y es una hermosa y ligera tela que es apenas translúcida [solo a plena luz]. Fácil de coser. Lo he combinado con una otra tela azabache negra orgánica y el resultado es lindo. ILoveTelas siempre es correcto. Lo recomiendo al vendedor y las telas orgánicas!

Realicé un pedido el cual pagué 6'05€ para que llegase en 72 horas y me llegó a los 10 días y en el transcurso escribí para saber que pasaba pero nadie contesta a los wasap a pesar de ser leídos. Pues colmo cuando llega el pedido de los 3 artículos , dos de ellos defectuosos. Uno roto y rajado q era goma Eva q eso en el transporte no sucede y encima en medio del producto, y el otro producto necesitaba 3 metros seguidos y m lo mandan cortados, dos x un lado y uno por otro.
Después de tanto tiempo y las prisas que tenía porque necesitaba para un evento está fue mi sorpresa.
Me pongo en contacto con ellos vía wasap para decir que no estoy conforme y me dicen que lo recogen esa es su solución la cual dije que no pues lo necesitaba y me dicen que quiero que se la solución. ¿En serio? Mi contestación fue ustedes son los dueños sabrán gestionar la satisfacción cliente. Hasta la fecha no han vuelto a decir nada.
Resumiendo calidad precio bien pero compromiso y entrega es horrible por parte de la empresa. No pagar más importante por transporte el resultado es el mosmo

Hola, gracias por su comentario. Como era para un evento y no le ha servido su tela, le propusimos recuperar y reembolsar la tela. Sentimos otra vez si no le va bien.

Me costó encontrar las muestras ya que son muy pequeñas y venían grapadas en el albarán. Algunas de ellas mal cortadas y de un tamaño demasiado pequeño.
Sería conveniente y útil aumentar el tamaño de las muestras y cuidar un poco su presentación, así como marcarlas para saber el modelo de tela que es.
