Buenos días, despues de haber pasado 2 semanas en oficina de correos sin que se haya recogido el paquete, correos procede a la devolución.

Suite à une absence de ref commandée le service clients m'a contacté afin de remplacer le produit.
A réception absence de deux produits dans mon colis, contact pris avec le service client, qui m a rapidement renvoyé les deux produits manquants. En résumé même si petits soucis .....le service clients les rattrape rapidement.....je conseille vivement ce site !!!!!

Las telas sin preciosas, tal y como aparecen en las fotos. Todavía no las he trabajado pero se ven de muy buena calidad. Me llamaron por teléfono para confirmarle que una de las telas podría que se retrasará un poco pero que si quería me adelantaban lo que ya están en stock, así lo hicieron. Comunicación un 10! Espero que la que me falta me llegue pronto! ?
