Realicé un pedido en el cual me faltaban dos muestras (que ya estaban pagadas, claro). Me dijeron que me reembolsarían el dinero (me conformaba con que me las enviasen en otro pedido). Y aún estoy esperando. Fatal. Mal servicio.

Buenas tardes,
Referente al pedido de muestras el envio a sido rápido pero encuentro que lo mandado como muestra queda extremadamente pobre y sencillo, aparte de muy caro por el echo de mandar un solo trocito de tela ínfimo que es muy ridículo..

Creo que por lo que cobran ustedes si se pide muestra de una tela, al menos recibir sus correspondientes colores.!!!

Bonjour , la qualité du skaï laisse vraiment à désirer , à peine frotté le "tissu" se décolle de son support (partie spongieuse) ! je ne suis pas satisfait , de plus la couleur que j'ai demandé était plus foncée que celle reçue (demandé gris foncé , reçu gris moyen ) ! je ne reviendrai pas vers votre site !!
