Mon rouleau de tissu a été cassé en 2 lors du transport.
Au niveau du tissu, cela fait 3x que je commande le même, et 3x que j'ai l'impression que la qualité du tissu n'est pas la même.
La première fois il été écru.
La 2nd fois il été plus blanc
Et cette fois ci, j'ai l'impression qu'il est plus fin... Je suis donc assez déçue.

Bonjour je suis très déçu par le temps de livraison de plus de 10 jours pour de simples échantillons, reçu dans une enveloppe à moitié ouverte, et les coloris ne correspondent vraiment pas au site

Bonjour Madame,
les échantillons sont effectivement postés pour que les couts de transports ne soient pas prohibitifs et les postes fonctionnement assez mal malheureusement .quand au couleurs , cela dépend aussi de l'écran, d'où l'intérêt de passer par la commande d'échantillons !

Les robes molt xules i l'enviament molt ràpid. L'únic inconvenient es la manera com envien el paquet: una bossa massa gran per la quantitat de robes i el seu volum, molt mal plegades i totes arrugades amb marques que, amb una bossa més petita, s'haurien pogut evitar. Per la resta, com he dit, tot perfecte!
