bonjour
livraison un peu longue( nous sommes toujours impatientes de recevoir nos tissus)
tissus répondant aux caractéristiques annoncées sur votre site; pas de problèmes
un gros défaut, la COUPE ! aucun tissu droit avec des écarts très importants!
vraiment dommage. faut-il commander 10 cm de + pour palier aux coupes de travers ?

Bonjour Madame,
merci pour vos commentaires qui nous font progresser .
Les coupes ne sont pas toujours évidentes selon les tissus mais en général nous rajoutons toujours quelques centimètres pour que le client ne soit jamais perdant . cela doit être le cas pour les différentes coupes commandées .
