Hice un pedido , con envío a una dirección concreta, y al realizar el pago la página dió error. El caso es que me confirman que el pedido está realizado pero cuál es mi sorpresa cuando me llega un email diciendo que mi pedido está en una oficina de correos y que tengo que ir a por ello.
Contacté con él servicio de atención al cliente y me dijeron que me lo iban a revisar pero nada.
Al final me tocará ir a por el pedido a una oficina de correos que, por cierto, ni siquiera está cerca de la dirección aportada.
Sí pago un envío es para que me llegue de forma cómoda, no para tener que ir a por ello lejos.
Mal, muy mal.
