Tissu de qualité... le seul bémol un tissu lin enduit or qui n etait vraiment pas fidèle à la photo du site vraiment plus fade a peine doré... mais pas déçu de la qualité !

Realicé el pedido, y todo muy bien, me llegó el mensaje de confirmación de pedido y demás. Después de eso no supe nada más.
Varios días despues entre desde la página en mi perfil para ver el estado del pedido y ví que aparecía como enviado, yo no recibí ningún mensaje al respecto y no habia número de seguimiento por ningún lado...
Inenté contactar por telefono, y no hubo contestación, escribí un correo, un mensaje desde el contacto de la página y hasta un mensaje de facebook, lo mismo, sin contestación. Varios días después, volví a conactar por telefono y esta vez si me atendieron, para decirme que el pedido estaba n la oficina de Seur y que tenía que pasar yo a por él... Muy enfadada con el servicio y el poco interés al cliente, lo cierto es que el producto es bueno, pero me voy a pensar mucho el volver a comprar aqui...

Las telas no se corresponden con las fotos, ni en los colores ni en las texturas. Creí que estaba comprando terciopelo mate y de colores oscuros y me envían todo lo contrario.
