Près de 20j...et je n’ai toujours pas reçu ma commande ! Alors que c’était indiqué :3/4j
Pas de suivi .
Quand je demande des nouvelles on me dit que j’aurais dû commander des échantillons avec les coupes pour que ce soit plus rapide !! Mais pourquoi acheter des échantillons sinon pour faire le choix des achats en suivant !

Bonjour, les échantillons envoyés par courrier normal sont quelquefois très long. Le site offre bien sûr la possibilité de payer un transporteur pour une livraison rapide!

Les poils sont hélas un peu trop courts (max. 3 cm) alors qu'il était indiqué de 3 à 6 cm. Sinon correct.
