Buenos dias,comentarle a la direción de la empresa que a los preparadores de pedidos hacerlos una prueba para la identificación de colores,si una tela,se pide en color blanco/beige y el albaran recibido viene en blanco/beige, la tela que recibo porque me llega en blanco/gris.El pedido en concreto es ref pedido 6720 y los mande un correo con esta reclamación del problema si octener respuesta.El problema es que tengo otro pedido con el color a juego y me pregunto que color recibire si el que yo pedi o el que estime oportuno el preparador de pedidos,perdonen que de momento me guarde mi valoración sobre usteded.Un saludo. P.D. Bueno como no les puedo enviar mi opinión si no los valoro,hay les dejo algo en lo que pensar.

Buenos días, correos ha bloqueado los paquetes que tenian en sus almacenes, por el tema COVID 19. Ya trabajamos con otro transportista, y nos ponemos en contacto con usted para solucionar el problema !
