Hola, la verdad es que estuve gratamente sorprendida con la rapidez de entrega y la calidad del producto, lástima que el color no era el que esperaba, me he encontrado que era más rosa que el rojo que necesitaba, no se si en este portal tengan alguna política de devolución o cambio para no tener que limitar mis compras por Internet qcompletamente

El envío rápido y económico. La atención siempre bien. El producto me decepcionó, porque pensé que era menos rígido... en otros sitios he comprado punto de neopreno y siempre ha sido más maleable, este era muy grueso y rígido... casi goma eva! pero esto es lo que tiene comprar por internet, a veces te la juegas. A pesar de todo, merece la pena, la tienda online es muy práctica, limpia, sencilla, muchos materiales estupendos y precios inmejorables. Gracias!

Buenos días

Pues comentarle que el trato muy bueno, la entrega perfecta, pero los rollos negros y blancos venían muy cejado el corte y hemos estropeado algún que otro metro, menos mal que lo hemos utilizado para tema carnaval por eso no le hemos dado importancia, el rollo rojo perfecto, también hemos observado que el tul cambia de textura depende el color, no se si es normal. Creo que tenemos que pedir algo mas de blanco en breve.
