La livraison a été rapide mais il n’y avait pas de possibilité de noter la qualité du produit donc j’ai répercuté la note sur la livraison…
J’ai eu un gros problème avec de la toile de patronnage acheté par 10m. La toile est arrivée très bien emballée par contre avec de nombreuses tâches, comme des taches de rouille, ainsi que des inscriptions. Je n’ai pas fait de réclamation car ce n’était pas un tissu destiné à être porté mais cela fait tout de même négligé de livrer un produit dans cet état.
